One of the pathogenic bacteria that can contaminate chicken meat is Salmonella Spp. This type of bacteria cause of foodborne disease in developing countries. </em><em>This study aims to determine the analysis of salmonella spp. in broiler chicken meat (gallus gallus domestica) which is sold in supermarket, Banguntapan district, Bantul. This study used a qualitative research type and was tested in the laboratory using the Salmonella tested. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained from 24 samples of broiler chicken meat sold in traditional and modern markets, it is known that the number of positive samples contaminated with Salmonella Spp. 15 (62.5%) and samples that were negative were contaminated with Salmonella Spp. 9 (37.5%). This is used to store medical recprd in a safe and confidential place, considering that the medical record them selves are original and protected by&nbsp; law. With a shelf that fits the storage capacity, this will not occur in the accumulation of medical record documents. Therefore, the research aims to determine the need for medical record storage racks for the next five years at the dr. M Salamun hospital. The type of research carried out using descriptive methods, and data collection methods with observation and documentation, the subjects used in this study were medical record files and the number of patient in a year. From the results obtained by researchers, new patients one day reaced 43 patients. As for the storage area of 102m<sup>2 </sup>and has 14 available shelves. With a distance between shelves of 80cm, with this, this researcher forecasts the need for shelves for the next years so that documents do not accumulate or scatter. Kini COVID- 19 sudah masuk ke negara indonesia pada sejak tahun 2020, bahkan sampai bulan juni 2021 penyebaran kasusnya semakin meningkat dan indonesia termasuk peringkat ke-2 di dunia. Dengan demikian, dalam sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menjadi salah satu garda terdepan adalah petugas perekam medis sehingga lebih beresiko tinggi dalam penularan COVID- 19. Rekam medis adalah data yang bersifat rahasia, sehingga harus terjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaannya. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengamati secara mendalam mengenai Keamanan dan Kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien COVID- 19 di RSUD Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari sumber primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala instalasi rekam medis dan satu orang petugas rekam medis bagian <em>filing</em>. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kebijakan keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis sudah ada. Namun, untuk keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien COVID-19 belum ada ketentuan yang tertulis di RSUD Lembang. Kualitas tinta dan perekat sudah sangat baik, namun kualitas map yang belum memenuhi standar karena mudah robek. The research used is qualitative research method as a research procedure produced descriptive data, the sample used in the study is a purposive sampling technique where the research requires special criteria so that the samples taken later in accordance with the purpose of the research, as for the purposive sampling technique in the subject of this study are 4 informants poskestren an-NurNgrukem manager, data collection techniques namely observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, display/presentation of data and verification/conclusion. Based on research data that has been conducted by researchers, it can be stated that the success of poskestren in poskestren implementation guidelines is measured through 18 success indicators consisting of input indicators, process indicators and external indicators. Currently Poskestren An-nurNgrukem has reached 14 points of posketren success indicators, there are only 4 indicator points of success that can not be achieve. In the results of the study known Poskestren An-nurNgrukem is good enough in the implementation of the function of planning management, organizing, mobilization, and supervision in Poskestren it shows that one of the factors that influence the achievement of poskestren success indicators is the implementation of planning management functions , organizing, mobilizing, and supervising at Poskestren An-nurNgrukemBantul. This research is an observational study using a survey method. The study was conducted at 31 Puskesmas in Bone Bolango and Pohuwato districts, Gorontalo Province, in May-August 2021. The pharmaceutical staff in charge of pharmaceutical services is the population in this study. The total sampling technique was used in sample selection. This research instrument is a checklist compiled based on pharmaceutical service standards at the puskesmas—collected data utilizing observation and interviews with respondents. Fakta di lapangan masih terdapat perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif tanpa adanya pengawasan dari dokter, padahal kewenangan melaksanakan tindakan medis hanya diperoleh apabila ada pelimpahan wewenang dari dokter. Di sinilah terjadi terjadinya tumpang tindih mengenai tugas dan wewenang perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif pada praktik keperawatan mandiri.</p> <p>Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kewenangan dan perlindungan hukum bagi perawat yang melakukan tindakan invasif pada praktik mandiri.</p> <p>Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif-sosiologis dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari kajian kepustakaan dan juga perundang-undangan atau <em>statuta aproach</em>, dan data sekunder diperoleh dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Tipe desain dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>Descriptive Design. </em>Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perawat yang telah memiliki ijazah profesi, SIPP dan juga sertifikat kompetensi memiliki kewenangan melakukan tindakan invasif. Kewenangan yang lahir merupakan keadaan <em>overmacht</em> sehingga menimbulkan kewenangan atributif dari hukum perikatan. Kewenangan tersebut diperbolehkan selama dilakukan sesuai dengan Standar. Produk kosmetika anti aging yang&nbsp;mengandung antioksidan telah beredar luas untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit dari efek radikal bebas.Kandungan senyawa kimia antioksidan &nbsp;yang ada dalam tanaman krokot (<em>Portulaca oleracea L.) </em>dan teh hijau ( <em>Camelia sinensis</em>.L) dipercaya bisa &nbsp;mencegah radikal bebas oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan suatu sediaan berupa serum kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau.</p> <p>Sediaan serum kombinasi ekstrak teh hijau dan krokot dibuat dengan cara memformulasikan sediaan dengan bahan seperti HPMC, kitosan, twwen 80. selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian antioksidan ekstrak dan sedian formula serum spray dengan metode FRAP, setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi sediaan meliputi homogenitas, pH, daya lekat, viskositas, dan hedonik</p> <p>Sediaan serum <em>kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau</em>&nbsp;dalam sediaan <em>spray gel</em>&nbsp;menghasilkan warna hujau kecoklatan, berbau sedikit asam dan bertekstur lembut. Viskositas yang dihasilkan pada serum <em>green tea</em>&nbsp;berkisaran 1330 - 1362 cPs dengan nilai pH pada <em>range</em>&nbsp;5,67 – 5,72. Dari uji hedonik yang dilakukan, hasil yang didapat adalah warna dan aroma kurang disukai oleh panelis sedangkan untuk kenyamanan penggunaan <em>spray gel </em>panelis menyukai tekstur semua formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education through the MP-ASI application on maternal knowledge at PMB Herasdiana and PMB Zuniawati Palembang in 2021. Laundry wastewater containing phosphate compounds will cause Eutrophication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of rice husk activated carbon in reducing phosphate levels in laundry business wastewater. This research is an experimental study (Experimental Research) with 3 repetitions and treated with doses of 3 grams, 4 grams, 5 grams of activated carbon of rice husk, each of which was added to 330 ml of laundry wastewater. Pregnant women do dental examinations at the health center or dentist if there are get toothache, cavities, bleeding gums, and others The aims of this study was to find out the description of pregnant satisfaction during dental check-ups at the health center towards the marketing mix. <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria in this study were pregnant women in the Tana Lili Public Health Center area who were willing to participate in this study. Exclusion criteria in this study were pregnant women who did not fill out the questionnaire completely. The number of samples in this study was 34 pregnant women. <strong>Results:</strong> Most of the pregnant women as many as 25 people (73.6%) were pregnant women who had a child. Most of the pregnant women were 17 people (50%) with high school education and the most occupations were housewives as many as 18 people (52.9%). Most pregnant women's husbands are self-employed as many as 15 people (44.1%). The highest family income is in the very high category, which is 13 people (38.2%). Pregnant women are satisfied with service products are 18 people (52.94%), price 23 people (67.65%), promotion 24 people (70.58%), people 22 (64.7%), process 23 people (67.65%), physical evidence 18 people (52.94%) and very satisfied with the place are 22 people (64.7%). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Most pregnant women are satisfied with the product, price, promotion, people, process, physical evidence and are very satisfied with the places of the Tana Lili Public Health Center. Salamun http://jurnal.akbidharapanmulya.com/index.php/delima/article/view/161 <p>Diabetes<em> mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristic of hyperglycemia that occur due to abnormalities of insulin secretion, insulin activity or both, Indonesia now ranks sixth with the highest number of diabetes after the United States, China, India, Brazil and Mexico. Based on data from the IDF Atlas in 2017, the number of diabetes in Indonesia reached 10.3 million, if not handled properly, according to the WHO the incidence of diabetes is predicted to rise to 21.3 million by 2040. This research is non-experiential observational studies were conducted using retrospective research designs to know the description of drugs use pattern and treatment pattern of antidiabetic drug use on Type II Diabetes Mellitus patiens at RSAU dr. M. Salamun in 2021. The samples were 80 medical records of patients with Type II diabetes mellitus taken in total sampling. Data presented in the form of diagram/tables and percentages. The results of this study were able to find out that the classes of oral antidiabetic durgs administered to patients were sulfonylurea 97 drugs (61.78%), biquanide 38 drugs (24.20%), alpha-glucosidase 12 drugs (7.64%), and thiazolidinedione 10 drugs (6.36%).
